Find the player in the store
- 1.On Fire TV, use Find or the search control to look for the player agreed with our support team.
- 2.Open the app listing and choose the download option. Use the listing available for your own device and region.
- 3.Open the installed player. Its login screen determines which subscription details you need.

Match the login fields
- 1.For a server-address login, enter the server URL, username and password from your order confirmation into their separate fields.
- 2.For an M3U option, paste the complete playlist link supplied for your subscription. Keep its full query string.
- 3.If the player shows a device ID or activation key instead, send those details to support for that player’s setup route.

Check your first session
- 1.Open one of your requested channels, try another category and open the programme guide.
- 2.Check the remote controls you use most, including favourites and subtitles where available.
- 3.For help, send the Fire TV model, app name and exact on-screen message. Hide your password in screenshots.
