Install for the correct device

  1. 1.On Google TV, search for your agreed player from the Apps area or search control, then select Install when it is available.
  2. 2.On an Android phone or tablet, use the Google Play listing for that device.
  3. 3.On a Chromebook, first check whether the device supports the Android app you intend to use.

Load the supplied account

  1. 1.Select the login method matching your order details. A server URL, username and password belong in separate fields; a complete M3U link belongs in the playlist field.
  2. 2.Name the profile so you recognise this subscription if the app holds more than one.
  3. 3.Allow the channel list to finish loading before opening the guide.

Set up comfortable viewing

  1. 1.Try playback with the control you will actually use: TV remote, touch screen or keyboard.
  2. 2.Set favourites for your regular channels, then check your device’s local time against the guide.
  3. 3.When asking for help, include whether the device is a TV, phone, tablet or Chromebook and the player version.
