Install the matching app

  1. 1.On Apple TV 4K or Apple TV HD, open the App Store and search for the player agreed with support.
  2. 2.Review the app listing and its price or purchase terms before downloading.
  3. 3.On iPhone or iPad, use the corresponding App Store listing for that device.

Enter your subscription

  1. 1.Open the player and choose the login format matching your order details.
  2. 2.Put the server URL, username and password into separate fields when that login option is shown. Use the complete supplied link for an M3U playlist option.
  3. 3.Keep your subscription details private. An Apple account password is not an IPTV login.

Check the player on your screen

  1. 1.Try a live channel, the guide and the controls you expect to use.
  2. 2.On Apple TV, test the remote; on a phone or tablet, try the viewing orientation you prefer.
  3. 3.For support, send the device model, player name and the step you reached.
