Choose your playback method

  1. 1.Ask support which login format is available for your order and the Windows player you plan to use.
  2. 2.For a compatible network playlist, VLC is available from VideoLAN’s official website.
  3. 3.If you prefer a television-style guide and remote-friendly interface, discuss a dedicated player before installing.

Open a network playlist

  1. 1.In VLC, use Media, then Open Network Stream.
  2. 2.Paste the complete supplied network playlist URL and choose Play.
  3. 3.A server address without the rest of an M3U link is not the same thing as a full playlist. Keep usernames and passwords within the supplied link private.

Check viewing on the PC

  1. 1.Select a channel from the loaded list and test picture and sound.
  2. 2.Check your speaker or headphone output and the normal window or full-screen view.
  3. 3.For help, send the player name, Windows version and exact error text without exposing subscription credentials.
